With over 20 years in strategic consulting across East Africa, Dr. Otieno founded Mentora to bring world-class advisory services to Uganda's growing economy. Holding an MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Makerere University, he has advised government ministries, private enterprises, and development agencies, structuring transformative growth strategies that have created thousands of jobs.

A Certified Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she has designed mentoring frameworks that have supported over 500 emerging leaders across Uganda. Her programmes blend evidence-based coaching with deep cultural intelligence.
